What I've played with normal maps I never had such problems. Normal map seems to be good too I cannot see any pixalation around the bump

thats whats confussing me so much too... the normal maps look fine lol

maybe its just the render screwing up, ill try again tommorow, ive probably forgot to do something really simple

Ok, not much progress to report,

I've rebuilt the roof, as the poly flow was crap, I think I went overboard when I was doing it the first time lol

I've also shelled it out ready for interior,

still ALOT to do, but fskpzns has kicked me back into gear by doing his peterbilt! lol

( also I know im still a hood catch missing )
