Rendering problem

I'm in the process of rendering my image and have can across a little problem. I'm using a skylight in Vray and as you can see it's fairly grainy. Could anyone tell me where in the settings I need to go to have it so that it clear and smooth so that it looks like a realistic photo.

As this is still a work in progress I know that it's way to bright.

Increase subdivisions on your light???
Look for a speckle like slot in your materials???
Delete the light and see what changes

Thanks I'll give it a shot, but I just find it wierd that now it happened when I added a skylight. when I place omni lights in place of the skylight, everything ran fine.

ps. I wasn't happy with the results with the omni lights, so thats why I'm trying out the skylight.

if you want a skylight in vray, put in a vraylight and change it to a domelight in its modify panel...youre not supposed to use the standard max skylight in vray (omnis, spots and directs are fine though)

Ok so now I've fixed that problwem that I was having, thanks "The Ic". Now I was thinking yesterday and I want to try my hand at create a little animation but before I go and put all that working in to it and in the end will not render, I have a question -

Basically I want to have the camera rotate around the car and while doing that zoom in on some of the key points in the car. It'll be approx. 10-15 sec long. here comes my question. Can my compuetr handle it and how long approx do you think it will take to render? Now it probably has to do the settings so, when I render a single image it takes aprox. 1 hour to render a 640-pixel image.

I'm running a p4 with 1gig ram and two 256mb graphic cards.

I've been battling my ass off trying to figure out how to fix this problem. How do I get rid of the noise on the hood and the floor? Would it have something to do with the rendering settings.
