'57 Chevy BelAir

Hi guys so I start my firts WIP on this great forum

I begin to work on BelAir hotrod made by Boyd Coddington( Rest in Peace man!!) for O'Railly Auto Parts (it was the car that was in the last three episodes of America Hot Rod)

Hope you will like my progress

I also need your help, I'm looking for some good references of this Boyd's car, I don't have any picture of the rear, so I don't know how the rear bumper should looks like, so if anyone here havesome pictures, please post them.

There is a Build Book#4 made by Killleen Team that shows the progress on the car, but I can't get it in Czech Rep. where I'm from, so if anyone have it, please let me know, it will be really nice to have some shots from it.

this is what I have for now

Good start so far.
When you ask for references, i remember something. A car tut for c4d with a chevy Bel Air. For cinema it's outdated, but it might be usefull.

Hey,that looks pretty good for the beginning!
As far as I can remember, the rear bumper isnt different from the original. So that means it is original.
And you should get this book via Amazon.

Keep it up,its a great car.

Very good model! tho your wires on the inside of the backvin looks a bit odd, can cause strange reflections? But the rest looks really good, very smooth! What are you plans on interior and engine? And are you going to make it custom or not?

thanks man, glad you like it, yeah, the wire is not perfect, will see on reflections test, how it is going

I will work on interior, because the car doesn't have side window,
wanna to work on engine too, but need some more references.

It will be customized, as I said in the first post, it will be the one Boyd Coddington made for O'Railly Auto Parts

The Belairs are eternal...

Looking great!
Just a little crit.
The beltline dip should be more arched in front, more pronounced. The way you modeled it is more like the beltline dip found on the pillared sedans. I have attached a suggestion, hope you don't mind.
