The start is flawless, surfaces are clean and smooth. Which software do you use ? I'm always searching for a good and affordable nurbs modeler

Hi Tom,
I think about doing the cabrio and Eventer too, but first finish this one. The Eventer is the best looking station wagon I think - good symbiosis between sportscar and family-car.
I still use Rhino and I like it verry much. It´s not low-cost but professional Software and cheeper than things like SolidWorks or Catia ...and easy to use!

As for Rhinoceros, at least sometime ago they used to have huge discounts for students and university staff. It cost around 200 Euros here in Finland.

adding more details. This will be the eu-version. I think the us-version got a more extruded bumper and no rear-fog-lights (don´t know exactly). Somebody knows: what means "HE" (on the picture) ?

HE stands for high efficiency. In the 70's the XKS was infamous for its poor gas mileage. In 1980, Swiss engineer Michael Mays was contracted to redesign the V12's heads, which resulted, in 1981, of the "HE" engine. Power and torque were increased, with a saving of up to 20% in gas mileage. The XKS is one of my favorite modern sedans, you're doing an excellent job on the model. Ettore
