not a bad start there, can you post some wireframes for us and some unsmoothed pics to kinda crit because the model seems kinda blocky.

Also to model the interior, i've always just got plenty of pics to use and just eyeball it for the most part.
do some research and see if you cant find a pic of just the interior or a cutaway shot of the interior so you have a clean look at it.
nice start so far though!

I know the seats look awful, but i was just a kind of test where i tried to make some of the interior.

About the wireframe, I'm using subd, so an unsmoothed pic would be a little problematic.

But it is like a 100k edges in each part so you would not be able to see the curves.

I have converted to subd and then back to poly, therefore i got like way too many edges. Is it a better way of solving this?

oh yea that stinks, i would recommend to always use editable poly if ur using 3ds max when making a car, yea those lines would just keep multiplying i believe so u gotta be careful. i would try to clean up the model first then show us a wireframe of it if possible.

What's the technique you use for lighting up the headlights?

using Glow(Lume) i think is whats its called in a mental ray material, in the surface slot under basic shaders and just make the brightness at 50 and the transparency at .5 and that should be a good start, there are other tutorials out there to help you make headlights shine.

I have now completed pretty much of the modeling, but it has still got some "beauty marks", but the lightning and rendering is the major part of what is left.

Any way I am not very skilled in modeling, therefor i will star a new project , but perhaps i will come back to finnish later.
