Chevrolet Nova (1963)

I started modelling this Chevrolet (first generation of Nova). I'm using blueprints from my scale model and lots of reference pictures.

I will finish this one (as all of the old cars that I have started).

tom120934 - Thanks!

Kenny_Z - I like all American cars from 50s to 70s, but here in Poland unfortunately there are not many of them.

I made license plate and hub cap. Now I'll make the steel wheel and a new tire.
I forgot to add that I'm making the SS version.

Nice work. I want a 62-65 Nova coupe down the road. I want to rival Jay Leno on the number of cars I own

My great grandfather came over from Poland in the early 1900s, I want to visit one day but I doubt I'll ever get the chance. It's such a beautiful country. If you end up in the southern states of the US I'll let you take my Mustang and Nova for a spin

Thanks! I'll definitely go someday to the USA, but I don't think that it would be soon (too high flight costs ).

I made a tire, steel wheel and I6 emblem.

Exterior is almost finished. I just have to make some vents, wipers, windows, trims around them and gas filler cap.

Thanks! I was thinking about making it in darker blue and white or silver on the roof, but I'll make some other color schemes too.

Exterior is finally finished!

Great job man, it will be even better if you slightly taper the body both front and rear and give the front end a subtle "V" shape. Also, check the roof which is now too flat.
Love old Chevys.

C-J - Thanks!

PALAT - Thanks! I've fixed the roof a little bit. I'll fix the shape of the front end.

Roof panel and visors are done.
