Hi Folks!

I am a new member and would like to introduce myself with a WIP of a Mercedes Benz E Class.
Its about 30 hours of work 'old'. Feel free to criticise.

Wow, looking sweet !! The only thing I can put my finger on is a little bug on the rear pillar.
Great work!

Thanks for your comments.

@ Icekid84: Mercedes puts those ugly rims onto the classic version of the e-class. But I think, nobody buys them.

@T-Shine: I had to look into my dictionary to find out, what pillar means. Hopefully nobody sees the bug, when its rendered.

small update:

Looks very well done to me
Maybe You should set Your render preferences to a decent Antialias level, what would make Your image more life-like.

I think those rims suit the car well. I think cars like Mercedes, Jaguar, etc dressed in a sporty outfit, are mostly looking very cheap... They lose that touch of class with it. ( just my point of view of course )

Actually, if you turn on AA on your graphic card, it can be used in modeler aswell.. But there's not really a point in doing that heh

The interior is coming along very very nicely! Can't wait to see more (possibly renders heh)
Keep it up, Zeller! Great work so far!

Tahnk you, guys!

Here is a first render. I´ve got to complete the head- and taillights, some details on the front bumper are missing and some other details which I don´t know how to say in english.

The only thing I could pick with this great car, is the front headlight opening. It's not circular (round), I think it is where the bandsaw has gone through to the hole and is affecting the opening.

Could we see a wireframe?

Dutchy.
