Complete Newbie: Fictional F1 Car
This isn't quite my first project, but its the first worth showing
![]() I've been learning all week and am finally making progress with things... there's still much to learn of course, and many changes to make as the car is looking a little bulky in some places, especially the nose. The wheels are basics from F1C, and the wings and barge boards are borrowed from another F1 car to help me with my bearings. I don't know the poly count because I don't know how to find out the poly count, but if its low enough it'll be used in Geoff Crammond's GP4. Eventually. Hopefully. Also, bare with me on this because as I said, I'm still learning and its not going to be a quick project. Comments? |

Complete Newbie: Fictional F1 Car
Here's a quick update.. Again, I'm taking my time with this, trying to learn as much as possible.
I've switched to trying a few high detailed things, basically trying to understand how and where to chamfer edges, etc. Renders are very slow for some reason, not sure if my model is too big for my memory or something, but anywho  Am I heading in the right direction? |
