I'm following this Audi TT tutorial :
http://www.smcars.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11117

http://home.zonnet.nl/g.griesheimer/...Ttutorial.html

but I have many problems !

At the end of the part 1, we must chamfer (=0,1) some edges !

This is my problem ! Now I have a lot of triangles, that make some errors which are caused by triangles as a result of chamfering :?: :?:

abd in PArt 2, I see that I have more edges than the pictures :?:

looks like you chamfered it with a too big value and also fix the traingles
chamfer with 0.1 or 0.01
also make sure you weld vertices looks like you forgot to weld some

Everybody gotta wear clothes, if you don't you'll get arrested

I dont think its the value, he chamfered too many times, type in the number you want, then push chamfer, you did reverse, i.r push chamfer and then used the arrows to get the number you wanted.

Yep you sure have chamfered too many times. Two edges (i.e. one chamfer) is all you need, as opposed to the 3+ you have there. It makes cleaning them up a whole lot easier too. I'd suggest you start again unless you want to spend a good hour (well, slight exaggeration there) cleaning them up (with Target Weld).

Just select a row of edges you want to be shapened, click Chamfer, and clean up any triangles that may have been created.
