Contest-yet another try-

Yes i think its time again to try a contest

My choice this time is simple
Audi TT stock version

-The car can be high or low poly
-the high poly versions need to have modelled wheels/tire treads
-try to persue as much detail as possible
-no interior is needed
-You have to show progress every time you modelled something new
and give wires if asked for

Everybody can join this contest and i hope the people that will join will actually finish this contest

The contest will start at 8 pm tonight(20 july)/GMT+1)
and will end at 20 august

Do your best i will post the blueprint we can use
also we dont need judges cause we will make a poll if the contest is over and let the smcars members decide.

Currently working on a none car project at the time, and might be able to get in on this as a side project. Do we post or stuff in this thread? If not where?

sigh...this is gonna be another failed attempt at a contest, if i weren't so busy with 4 Le Mans prototypes...i'd probably join..but crap, i've too much work already

i dont really think u'll get a lot of ppl in this, instead u should make a contest on a car, let's say sports car, not like everyone has to make an audi tt or anything else, most of ppl wouldn't even bother to model it just my opinion.....

Every time someone starts a contest thread it's always flooded with opinions against contests. That's not very productive ...

If noone want to enter the thread will die by it self, we dont need you to stab it to death imidiatley, it sets a bad mood in the thread right from the start.

Of course everyone is entitled to express their opinion ... but think first, then post. dont post "u kiddin"

well if everybody models different cars how can they possibly be compared
+ the TT is an easy car to make so i figured lots of people would join because they know they make a chance
but if you dont like it stay out of it and let the ones that do care have fun
