Hi,

this is my new project. This time, i will try to make a "Poly-by-Poly" - modell :wink:

Looks really nice, but some errors:

I think the nose sticks too much out and theres something wrong around the headlights:

i'm ready for today . Comments about the lights, please. In my eyes, they look something strange ...

Like Sebograf said before:

* The nose is way too pointy, please look at the reference picture he posted.
* The headlights shouldn't go in, they should follow the rest of the front bumper.

Die Nase ist ein bißchen zu lang, d.h. heißt sie guckt ein Stück zu weit raus. Die Lichter sehen schon gut aus, nur sind sie am unteren Teil nicht nach unten verschoben:

Ich hab auf die Hinweise aus nem anderen Forum schon reagiert. da schauts jetzt ein bisschen anders aus. Vor allem im Frontbereich:

Firstly, your merc looks amazing.
And now for my question to you. I'm still pretty new to 3Dmax, how do you do the mirrow affect. If you know a tutorial or any infomation on how to do it, could you let me knnow. Thanks

this is a soil objekt (I don't know, how it's called in the english version of cinema 4D, i've got the german one :wink: ) with a grey, 30% mirrow material.

i liked the sunken-in headlights...
is the taillight supposed to have that purplish tint? or is that the environment?

1. the door and the rest don't seem to match, you seem to have made a kind of sharp angle where they meet

2. it looks like there's a dent here
