I have applied the lessons when re-modeling the rear bumper. Its not perfect but the seams are much improved. I have stuck with my original way of doing seams around the bump stop so it still matches the others on the car. But the seams between the different parts of the bumper are so much better than I could have done before.

Its ok but this is what iv noticed

red circle= looks bumpy like it goes inside a bit
blue circle= looks pinchy
