Course 3DSMax is better than Zmodeler, theyre completely different stage of modeling programs, zmodeler is free, 3DSMax isnt. But for example Grungy Harrys and KrazyMods models are waay better than mane 3DSMax modeled cars even if they would have twice as more polys. I mean its complete idiocy to change from Zmodeler to 3DSMax and thinking your modeling skills will gte better, ive seen that a few times... :? As Riva said, zmodeler is perfect for learning 3D modeling basics and is also excelent for modeling cars for games and maybe even better where has tons of plugins.

And may I add you to the good ZM modelers :wink:
And KVH Design also if I remember right. And like I said there's no point compairing these two programs. ZM is made by one brave man and 3DS Max is made by big company.
