It started out as a Kenworth, but it will end up as a concept thing, kind of generic.

Let me know what you think.

It looks melted. Could use sharper edges, but other than that it's nice.

Keep us updated.

Thanks mate, I may just take you up on that.
I will try to do the mechanicals and suspension, but am not exactly how they go.

The Ref pics I used were some kind of Aero Kenworth, their on the site under Kenworth, (I think), but it is going to be more generic than anything.

Already made some changed to the roof and front.

Thats very close to the Kenworth I started with.

I dont like the headlights on mine, but I do like the Volvo's.
I'll work something out.

More later.

a american truck can never be cool..
they can do whatever they want with it, but it never, NEVER, gets cool / nice..

But there's one truck that is acctualy good looking, the Volvo VN770 / VN780.

but nice done model tho..

I was triing to use an image (not Hdri) in the render/enviroment slot on a previous car, but you have to have in the image in the background when rendering, (at least thats what I could work out), and I didnt want that.
Then I used the enviroment slot in the material editor, but wasnt to impressed with result either.

(Ford Territory)

The image I used was like a forrest, with lots of trees.
Would the result be better with a different type of image, a Sky or something, or is there a better way of doing it.
I use Max 6.

paint looks great but chrome is way too bright, try lebucherons chrome material in the materials section.

Volkswagen.
