Bumper's Projects [Citroëns mostly]

Yeah, thought I'd create an own topic for all my projects. There probably won't be updates all that often, but at least this should save me from doing new topics in the future.

Anyways, I think I owe an explanation for why I never finished my SM for the Midpoly contest. Well, this time it wasn't about me but my Windows copy that totally locked up. I changed some hardware, and my Windows told me that I had to reactivate it. Well, as I didn't do that immediately, the day came that the pc wouldn't start anymore without activation... And umm, I sure could have activated it, but Windows refused to show the activation screen at all. So I had to have my hdd formatted and Windows reinstalled. And you guessed it, it happened just a few days before the deadline and I didn't have the Windows disc available immediately.
Well, I'm still going to finish the SM some day, just not for any contest then.

Anyways, I'll start off with my Citroën BX. The textures are just low-res placeholders for the real ones.. I only put them there to make it easier to judge the proportions of the car.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

edit: In case you didn't notice, the BX is, and most of my projects will be mid-poly and designed for game-use.

i ahve never though of decribing a 3d model as "crisp" but every time i looks at ur model they just look so clean and crisp.

If you can turn, your not going FAST enough

Thanks for comments everyone!

Time for some updates:

I might flip some vertices on the doorhandle area later, but the reflections don't seem to be (much ) distorted so I'm pretty happy with it now.

edit: Some alternative wheels... More to come later.
