the stuff looks decent, and the charger, IMO, is the best of the bunch... but your textures and material settings make the vehicles seem very cartoonishly styled. Not sure if that's the style you were going for, and I can see that working, if the rest of the art content looks like that. So your call.

The smoothing on the models is an issue though. The normals look pretty weird on some of the vehicles, like by the side mirrors on the renault traifc, and the DAF CF 75's passsenger area's bodywork looks like it has some oddities going on as well.

i know that the smoothing issn´t superb but in emergency 4 is the smoothing mutch better
the skin style is what i want.

about the daf:
there is a piece thats a little firther to the center in the with becouse it´s on the real vehicle aswell, it there so you can open the door to almost 90 degrees
if it wouldn´t be there the door wouldn´t open verry far...

I'm not questioning the geometry, just the smoothing. IMO, your models are fine. But If you were to set different smoothing groups on areas which are supposed to be creased, I think that would make the vehicles look quite a bit better, at least in the rendering software... as you said though, it does seem to be quite lessened in the game itself.

What are your plans for reflections on the vehicles?

Well,as far as im aware this game is a top down 3/4th kind of view from the sky and you wont be able to see that great detail anyway.

no reflections for the vehicles as there is an option in the game editor for this.

Why not try baking some GI into the texture? That would most deffinately help a bit.
