Nissan Skyline BNR32

I'm not an avid poster on SMC but I tend to skim through the forums on the lookout for good modellers.

Over Christmas I've finally had the chance to sit down for a few hours to work on a personal project rather than doing low/mid-poly cars for work.

After owning my Nissan Skyline R32 GTR for nearly three years now I'm just getting around to modelling the car. I've had it on my todo list ever since I bought the car so finally its getting done.

and here are a couple of photos of my car, notice the track R324 Skyline parked in the garage.

You're right, as it's only your first post. So welcome here as a poster, and no more as only a reader

Your model looks good so far. Body is weird just behind the door, but I think you'll fix that. Can you post some clay renders ?

Impressive work you have done.

Env.map makes it to look kind of lumpy...in my opinion. You might want to change the env.map.

Hi Bryn :-) Nice to see your own skyline going 3d :-) How's the second real one? :-) The model is great ... as could be expeceted .... but the rear sidewindow looks weird ... looks like the C-pillar is somehow wrong ... keep going ... will you be putting it into your engine? Might look great ... :-) And by the way - Happy new year to you and all the guys in the company ;-)

I`d have trouble spotting this as a lowpoly model, very very impressive work. Rims specially :-P
