Lamborghini Murciélago Roadster

Hi, it's me again, the maker of Pagani Zonda C12 F and Roadster F. I started on a whole new model and it's the previously mentioned Murciélago Roadster. Few pics:

Current polycount: 345 faces per side

It looks like a nice start. It's really smooth so far.

Pay attention to the reflections, on top of bumper and on fender. You have enough polys there to make sure they can be smoother than now.

Keep us updated !

Thanks, the screwy reflections are mostly caused by the reflection map i'm using, flatshade looks very smooth.

Anyways:

9846 polygons without the placeholder Pagani Zonda F wheels.

Tons of things left to do, today i plan to model side mirrors, wiper and underbody.

it may not be reflective enough, and in general the materials seem too bright and washed out. get those two issues fixed, and it should look pretty decent...

For checking if you have good accuracy on your reflection map, you might want to consider a half black and half white reflection map. This would give a nice crisp edge in your reflection map, and it would be nice and straight, so that if it bends in strange ways on your car, you know it's the model, and not the reflection map

Very nice detailing! The 2D seams look a bit mild compared to the lambo badge on the back though

Here`s what I made, I stole the idea from rhino, it`s a bit busy but works if you know what you`re looking for.

Thanks, i don't like 3D bodylines, that's why they are 2D
That zebra reflection thing seems to work though

Sweetness! Keep them 2D bodylines, I think they look better in the end
