Nice work but, there is a lot of bumps and inaccurates, if you use MS/TS use chamfer tool to get sharp edges.

so, there is problem with smoothing groups. Check this tutorial:

Nice but if you rendered image you can save it by clicking on save icon in top toolbar. Maybe you shall write what you changed in your model, what you want to make

fixed the cars main form ... worked with smoothing groups , fixed the side detail
