Unnamed Concept Sportscar

This started with a pencil drawing but it's deviated a lot from that. I have no idea what I want to do. I have two versions here, which one is better? The curvier front fender looks nicer, but doesn't match the boxy back end, which I'd rather keep. What should I do? Also, please no comments like "I don't like the design" without saying why. I think the sharper-fendered one looks too much like a generic sportscar, like something you'd see in Burnout.

Definately the one with the round headlights.
I like to see people creating their own cars, and you've done pretty well I only think that the front and rear don't match properly. Perhaps let the design of the rear show in the front of the car. For example, make the front lights look like the rears.

Any ideas on an interior yet?

I think its easier to go from boxy --> curvy rather than curvy --> boxy. In effect, I'm saying to round out the taillights and the rest of the rear a bit.

Its a unique model. When I see it, I see a combination of an old camaro, a new camaro, an infiniti G35, a little touch of a shelby/mustang and maybe even the new nissan gt-r. Nice work. Keep it up.

I've changed most of the overall proportions, I think it's better now.

I like these headlights much better
Perhaps make some 7-spoke rims for it. Maybe it will suit this car.

I'm trying out a new front end design, the old one was too Porsche-like.

Added exhausts to the rear

Headlights look much better. But now, you have to fix that area above the wheels, smoothen that part out a bit.

Nice rims! I think they work with this car.

Another suggestion: Since the front is mostly curves, the sharp edges look out of place. Maybe you want to make the grille area more curvy to match the rest of the front.

You might be right, I'm not sure. The thing is that my back end is also quite boxy, so they wouldn't match if I made the front more curvy.

Very creative work, initially the front reminded me of the late 70s Camaro . When do you think you will start on body lines? Right now its a big shell, but I hope you are as creative with where you place the panel lines as you have been with your overall design.

Thanks

I'm going to bake a body texture (probably 1024 or 2048 wide and half as tall) and then paint on bodylines. Modeled bodylines are simply too hard and annoying to work with and don't look all that much better.

Tweaked the front end and modeled some Japanese tuner style wheels:

And started on the interior.

EDIT: redid the gauge cluster. Those are shadows, not smoothing errors. I've enlarged the gauge cluster and raised the center console since this pic.

Basic interior shape done.. probably going to shape the rear "seats" a bit more.
