yes, the Monte carlo was same chassis type- check bottom reference in Buick section under 1987 Regal - I posted the bottom of my GMP Peach State model of 1986 Regal Grand National, hope it helps you to complete your model.

@Johnas: it's nearly 40K in tri's, w/out most of interior and engine. That's quite much for such a coffin-shaped car, but I may save on engine.
