Well nothing to major in modeling done on this car. Most work (when Ive worked on it lately) has been on the texture. I'm happy to say I now have the carbon the way I want it. I might turn down the golden underlayer a tad.. but then again its how the car looks outside from the old NFS2 showcase shots.

Whats next is to perhapse change out the tread and sidewall, texture the engine, interior,, put a bottom on it, put some more interior parts inside. After this car I will probably touch upon my Nazca C2. it will get updated chamfers, mapping, completely new interior and seats, rounder wheels . The Esprit V8 is curently done except for the new dash bezel I built, it needs to be detailed and mapped. and then I need to remap the entire car so it can be in the same league as the Aston and GT1.

Here be the shots from the NFS2 style of the car. This was the first incarnation of the car, since then it has been refitted with different body panels changing the overall look. The carbon is no longer exposed, which is fine for this car since it was never meant to be stylish like other cars of this time.

Anyhow like I said I still got to tune my color and tones.

small update, I decided my carbon was TOO large so I created a new pattern and dowsized it to the correct size needed which gave a lot better results I think , especially for 1024. Still a bit too much gold.. but the texture looks fine in viewport without the over emphasis the lights are having on it.

try to make the carbon a bit shiny, so there's some reflection, and bring the camera closer to the car.

the model though looks top notch for low poly, great job on that
