I bet his ones are uberhighpoly because they are made for rendering, not good for a game model.

hey, i like this project. It is cool to watch your effort to build every small detail in interior.
When i was watched your last pics i found that you can have very nice result and save many tris if you normal map your back seats with all these small vertical cuts you have there. You will save a bunch of tris i promise

you can even remove symetry from many parts of your model

Yeah, mine were made for rendering, definitely not game quality. If you're doing the SS, the Impala script is Sandoval Speed. I have the font if you want it.

About the SS, the bumpers don't seem to be that big of a difference between the base and the SS.. I have a crapton of reference shots and the only real detail I see is that the front license plate indent is replaced by a solid piece with the Impala script written into it.

Since I havent got the ref pics of the trunklid yet, I started to model some of the police equipment. I modeled the typical brush guard and Vision SL lightbar you can find at most of the NYPD cruisers. If someone has more pics of that lightbar, pls send them to me because Im not 100% sure about the yellow part

I will model the orginal black Chevy Steelrims next, if I dont get more pics of that trunklid.

Still no textures.

Okay, heres an update. Ive found a pic of the rearsuspension and brakes of the frontwheels, so I modeled some undersidedetails today. Textures will add much more details, heres the model.
