Toyota Supra (First Model)

this is my first model
well, kinda.

I started on a Ferrari 360 Modena, and got pretty far, but i'm having trouble on some spots.
I switched to a car thats a bit easier to build up my skills

So far it's just the front bumper

well it looks like we got another supra. Looks great so far, you can never see to much of this great car. I look forward to the progress on it. So far for what you have accomplished it looks spot on. Keep it up and thanks for showing.

Did the fender.
But, I modelled it seperatly, is that okay? or will that present a problem?
If so, how do i weld them together(3DSMax 5)?

To join 2 objects together you need to go to editable mesh sub object level, and hit "attach", then click on another object. To weld verts together you can select 2 or more and hit "collapse" which makes them 1.

I am rated ®, for Retarded

Why give up, I only see a smaller error (maybe) on the front of the 360 but then again its hard to be sure when doesnt have sharper smoothing. Anyhow both look good.

the scoops towards the rear were giving me hard time.
so i'm just taking a break on it, to practice on another car.

i know the front is too smooth...i couldn't figure out how to make it sharper
but now i've learned how, i think

anyways, here's a new supra pic
