audi tt



bare in mind it's my first EVER model. the nearest i've got to 3d modeling was radiant for q3! i'm not even sure if i'm doing it right (i believe it's called box modelling), and i find it hard to get stuff aligned correctly. it doesn't look too bad once i meshsmooth it, but i get gaps and stuff. it's taken me about 30mins to get where i am, and a few hours of reading + playing with 3dsmax + following tutorials beforehand

any help appreciated, sorry for the huge image.

You have the square part right?
Move the middle vertices/points of that surface way up :wink:
Then it'll look way better
I advise to check as much pics (or the real car), as possible, to know the shape :wink:

got loads of pics yeah.. hard to take stuff from a picture into a 3d environment though when you're new

could you explain the thing about the square a bit better? i'm not sure what you mean. thanks
