Hello IC
Wooohaaa..very cool subaru WRX, and as always nice modeling.

I have seen the black first shown real version but i guess there are more teams out there. Do they race with that now 2008 season in japan?
Anyway, cant wait to see your renders on that car.

Cheers Camaro

*sigh*...well, ive had a rather hectic week...especially on wednesday when the harddrive with my Windows partition on it died...of course, i keep all my work on a separate drive and backup regularily, but i had to reinstall and reregister my programs etc. etc. ...need to make one of those harddrive clones from now on i think...

i also went to 64bit Vista while i was fixing everything...its quite nice once you turn off the silly permission thing (although OSX is nicer imo )...likes big textures and displacement much much more than 32bit XP for obvious reasons

anyhow, all this and other things made me start a new "stress ball" project...i started the spline cage of it (i always make one when theres no prints)...plan is to make the normal one and then make my own GT version...and then the production version later on...whoever guesses what it is from the spline cage gets a cookie

will have more progress on the impreza and also start the new GT IS350 sometime soon...well, when im in the mood...

thanks for the nice comments too

@stig requests: i might make the stig...although if the BBC gets wind of it, theyll probably send in their platoon of para-lawyers lol

@viztech: nah, the black Cusco impreza in the GT300 class is the only subaru in the field

@Nighteye: hahaha yeah...and you were just becoming the "bigfoot" or "loch ness mosnter" of the forums too...

bout BBC - basically your not breaking any copiright there
the suit is one company's property and the helmet is other's and noone could stop you from puting them together, it's not lawles and surely isn't copyrighted by BBC
the STIG just lives in our hearts

The stig changes helmets almost every week, well its usually the white helmet and black visor, but theres been variations. and yeah, you could just call it twig, and dress your driver the same as the stig, its not like bbc owns the helmet and race suit company.
