thanks for the prints,it is my first mesh in max...meshmooth ****ed up some unfinished areas around the cockpit(you can see the hole),but the rest looks fine i think...basemesh is 300 polys,it will be put in f1c in the lowpoly version...max rocks!!!

nice start so far

can we have a "non-smooted" wireframe?

and for your problem, im not sure but i think its just that 2 vertex need to be welded (i had this problem yesterday :wink: )
