This is so funny... This morning i wanted to create the back panel and the roof pilar, but it became one big mesh. I decided to restart the whole car again simply to make a base wherefrom i can make all other parts without bumps. I have redone the back panel 3 times, but now i am very happy with it
![]() I hope you guys like it, the roundings of the back panel and the roof pilar were a pain in the ass . |

Hmm
Well when i wanted to make the back in the beginning, i saw that the whole side was wrong. You can better make a perfect base to work further from than remake that part and get at the end a horrible mesh I discovered that the side on the R8 is important for making the front, the rear and the roof. |

Thanks Kaid! But actually i need photos of the door at the moment. I mean the innerside of the door, the steel part. And i need photos of the side window, and the edge next to it.
BTW the second image helps me a lot! ![]() Last edited by Patrick_F : 06-04-2008 at 01:29 PM. |

This is looking really nice so far, Its good to see someone actually really caring what the real car is supposed to look like instead of relying on prints for everything. Another great place for pictures is Ebaymotors, not sure if you already knew it, but I get lots of reference things from there.
