This is ZIS-110 for sure, Russian (w00t, Russian again??) limo for political leaders (for example, Joseph Stalin had an armoured one in his Kremlin garage). The designers, probably, took their inspiration from the American Packard Twelve.

I like it, it's got a great style about it.

It's ripped off Packard 1-80 limo. However, ZIS-110 is not an exact copy of the Packard, there are some differences. I have a few fragments of the Packard blueprint, which I'm trying to put together. I'll post the result when it's ready, if someone has any parts of blueprints for a 1939-41 Packard please let me know.
