I can't change my avatar

Hi.
I want to use this avatar(attached).
But when i try to change that, it's nothing happen. And default avatar disappear too!

I use google chrome.
Now i use IE and no different.
When i click on Save Changes, it's nothing happened. Just The page do refresh itself!
And my notification never change.
Now i have 7 like recieved.
When i click on it, nothing change.
Look like my profile have some problems.

Sounds more like a technical problem, than an account problem. Nobody else seem to have that problem :/ Java is installed and turned on ?

Edit: Your email, mhkhrose@gmail.com , is still used and is correct? When I click on your nickname, it says hossein3D, while here it says Hossein.D

What is your nickname?

there, i fixed it.

can it be that you registered with different names? there seems to be a very weird crossreference between 2 or 3 profiles in the database. in order to fix this we will contact you via pm.

Hi.
I'm still have problem with my profile.
When i want see my own profile, it show me hossein3d's profile. But my profile is HOSSEIN.D.

that´s the crossreference i was talking about.
so to clarify this, you never registered under the name hossein3d or had your profile renamed or something?

Still no solution for my profile?
Can you delete the hossein3d profile and set my profile?!
