    Description: MAK-Corp Studios the asset development section of MAK-Corp is currently hiring 3D modelers of any genre to join the studio and work with an experienced team creating assets for various clients. MAK-Corp Studios has created assets for various clients in the gaming industry since 2007 and much has changed since the old days. With interest from highly financial investors, MAK-Corp aims to become a strong asset and game development studio. To do this we are searching for more modelers who can work in various softwares and wish to be apart of a growing game and asset development studio.

    You will be able to work remotely from the comfort of your own home and will be required to perform tasks within given deadlines. All applicants will require to go through an unpaid trial period. The trial period was instigated due to past applicants not delivering on their promises and nearly costing the studio clients. Furthermore the trial period is established to allow us and the modeler to ensure certain things are checked, things such as...

    1) The applicant becomes accustomed to the requirements our studio and our clients have for all asset creations.
    2) The applicant sticks through the trial period and performs all tasks required.
    3) The applicant does not disappear during a given task.
    4) The applicant is capable of working with the rest of our experienced team.
    5) The applicant is capable of understanding and accepting criticism on their work and performing the fixes required without any fuss.
    6) The applicant is there to help the studio (not only themselves) grow into the larger picture we have planned which will ultimately provide full time paid work for all involved.

    MAK-Corp Studios is currently working on developing their first title and with interested investors wanting to back the game, we're looking for people who will help us raise the company portfolio so we can acquire more clients and the investors and by doing so, provide full time paid work to all those who have played a part in making this possible.

    Job Position 1: Game Poly Vehicle Modeler

    Description: Game Poly modelers are required to create models within a specific budget. Vehicles include complete exterior body with a low poly interior, rims, tyres, top half of engine, suspensions, brakes, brake discs, and a separate HD interior which is used for interior cam within the game. Standard poly budgets are 50k triangles for exterior with low poly interior, and separate 30k triangle interior model.

    This job also sets you up for 90% of our racing game client needs which will also allow us to provide you with paid work as acquired from our clients after passing our trial period.

    Payments are made via paypal and range between 300 - 1500 euro per car depending on the client (excluding UVMap, Textures).

    We also accept volunteer's who wish to help the studio grow and be apart of it and advance their skills further through our trial/training section.

    Modelers must be adept in using 3DS Max 8 to 3DS Max 2010. If you use 3DS Max 2011 or beyond then you must be able to save the file in 3DS Max 2010 format or we cannot accept you for the trial period. We also accept modelers who use Maya though the models are converted to 3DS Max. UV and Texture knowledge is not required but a big plus if you know how to do them and it earns you more money also.

    Job Position 2: High Poly Car Modelers

    Description: We are looking for modelers who are adept in creating high poly models ranging from 100,000 triangles to over 1 million triangles. Such modelers will be placed into our trial and once passed will be on our list to receive paid work for our high poly model requesting clients. Clients such as car manufacturers, game developers and tv commercial clients.

    Modelers must be adept in using 3DS Max 8 to 3DS Max 2010. If you use 3DS Max 2011 or beyond then you must be able to save the file in 3DS Max 2010 format or we cannot accept you for the trial period. We also accept modelers who use Maya though the models are converted to 3DS Max. UV and Texture knowledge is not required but a big plus if you know how to do them and it earns you more money also.

    Payments are made via paypal and vary from client to client so we do not have rough estimates to give for this job position.
