Nope, the manual is clearly meant for the Netherlands, but there' s more:
" Commandobrug " ( instrument panel )
" Soutterain-techniek " ( something like " underground-technique " )
" Doetietniet ? " ( Isn' t it working ? )
etc, etc.

Must have been nice to work as a translator at NSU ...
